QUICK TIP

TIP: reach high and hit deep into the court. You will be much more successful than if you drop your arm and hit straight down (you'll probably get clamped too!).

Hey guys, I meant to post yesterday but i forgot.

Soooooo Wednesday I went to a college volleyball 

game. CBC (Columbia basin college)!

My coach was playing from my club team from last season.

  CBC won i'm so proud of them. I'm sorry that  I don't 

remember the score but it was really fun.

If u have any questions i would love to answer them tomorrow from my next post.

TIP: When passing where ever your shoulders are is where the ball is going to go! Don't swing your arms.
